"Aspects of Fitness, set in rural surroundings just outside Basingstoke, has been operating for more than 15 years now.

Everybody knows exercise is good for you but many people are put-off joining a gym because they feel intimidated. Not at Aspects of Fitness, there are no disconcerting mirrors or pounding music and our fully-qualified staff are always on-hand to offer advice and motivation. Because we are a small gym we can offer a more personal service.

We have plenty of free parking for our members and a friendly relaxed atmosphere inside the gym.

There are membership packages to suit all with no joining fees or binding contracts, come along and see us, you're assured of a warm welcome".
