Everybody knows exercise is good for you but many people are put-off joining a gym because they feel intimidated. Not at Aspects of Fitness, there are no disconcerting mirrors or pounding music and our fully-qualified staff are always on-hand to offer advice and motivation. Because we are a small gym we can offer a more personal service. We have plenty of free parking for our members and a friendly relaxed atmosphere inside the gym.
