Classes - Outdoor Group Fitness Training

A brief overview of Outdoor Group Fitness Training
  • Outdoor Group Fitness Training is a specifically designed fitness program for all fitness levels, male and female.
  • Participants are split into 2 groups depending on your current fitness levels and previous exercise experience.
  • You will be carefully monitored to make sure you are achieving the correct intensity for your fitness level.
  • Sessions will include shuttle runs, strength training, boxing drills, core work (abs & back), some team games and much more!
  • Every session will be different to the previous one and have a specific element of fitness focus to it.
WHERE: Down Grange Sports Complex, Basingstoke.
WHEN: Tuesdays from 7:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 10:00am.
COST: £5 per session. (members of Aspects of Fitness pay £3)
